  • We don't do cancellations once the order is processed. If you need to update a mailing address or alert us of an order issue please email shop@reynanoriega.com

  • There are no returns with exceptions for items that arrive damaged. Please email photos to shop@reynanoriega.com so that we can assist you with an exchange or instruct you to file a claim with the carrier.

  • Once the item is marked as shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier. If your item is lost or stolen, notify the carrier and file a claim.

  • Discount codes must be redeemed at time of checkout.
